saw something on the road the other day that disgusted me. there was this car with a handicapped license plate to my side and a tremendously obese woman driving it. there weren't any discernible causes outside of the woman's tremendous size that would indicate a handicap symptom. but if that's the case, isn't that sad? recently, i noticed an increase in the number of handicapped license plates on the road. haven't taken the time to inspect each driver with those plates, but i'm somehow (cynically) suspecting similiarities in this with the increase of obesity in the country. but i find it to a serious issue when people resort to being labelled handicapped as a result of their weight problems.
