Oh god! the humanity! you know these fuckers backed us up on La Cienaga YET again this morning! a few days ago it was closer towards the 10 freeway. now, they're digging up right before Centinela. it was destiny for this group of incompetent jackasses to take out half the LA grid! they seriously need to fire all the management and 90% of the workers. first the planning (or lack thereof) is just horrible. they don't bother asking around if their stuff will jack up everything (because it will). instead, they just go out during some inconvenient time and cause massive havoc. why don't these goons get off hours like between 12 am - 4 am to do their work? having these morons out there during the day, blocking off more streets than necessary just makes traffic unbearable. then gas isn't helped by this either because you have numerous stalled cars in the already congested streets. i think the whole organization needs to get revamped. the airport system wasn't that bad but they had reform. why can't DWP get reformed? of all the agencies this one (and the DMV) need it the most. please fire these bozos. the only thing these morons are competent at ought to be cleaning manure from pigeons.
