An interesting rumor.  But if this happens, it really demonstrates how poorly TNA has been using people.  Of everyone, I would say that Christian Cage easily is the best wrestler in TNA at this moment.  Kurt Angle might be their biggest name at the moment, but Christian isn't one dimensional in his matches and has improved within TNA.  He's demonstrated consistently that he can go and match all the X-Division stars.  This is a damn shame for TNA.

The Sting deal has been bleh.  They should've finish his contract asap and promise more money and the title thereafter to Christian.  They made a huge mistake returning the belt to Sting a few times over and not moving it back to Christian.  The amount of money Sting is getting certainly is not worth what he's giving.  The angle he's in currently works fine, but there's a limited number of matches he can have before passing the belt to someone else.

The WWE can really use Christian at this time.  The upper card is completely stagnant with many stars injured or in the same feuds for the past year or so.  With Edge out for a bit, this move will be a great way to easily catapult Christian back into the main event scene on either Smackdown or Raw.  Obviously, he'll be a great boost to Smackdown to fill the void that Christian has left and immediately get into a feud with the Undertaker, taking Edge's place.
