There's a small problem with the current Android Eclipse plugin installation documentation.  It says that you need to enter the URL for the site management part in Eclipse the following URL:

https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

But this URL doesn't exist.  Instead, you need to enter the following URL:

http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

In short, no https.
